Winemaking:

Maceration for up to 7 days with fermentation in stainless steel fermentation tanks at 25ºC. 4 months in oak.

Tasting notes:

Oaked Tempranillo with cherry and raspberry flavours and slight undertones of oak. Soft tannins, medium bodied.

Consume: 2-5 years following the harvest

Food Pairing: Pasta, dried meats and grilled or roasted meats

Serving Temperature: 15-16ºC

Alcohol: 13% Vol
