Winemaking:

The grapes are machine harvested, de-stemmed and crushed in the vineyard. Fermentation in stainless stell tanks.

 

Tasting notes:

Bright raspberry, strawberry and cherry fruit flavours on the nose. Medium bodied, lively, soft and rounded palate. Easy drinking, good acidity, well balanced.

Consume: 1-3 years following the harvest

Food Pairing: Perfect for accompanying everyday meals including general meat dishes and chesses.

Serving Temperature: 15-18ºC

Alcohol: 13% Vol
