Arco Iris Tinto

Young dry red made with middle aged vines, fresh, fruity and full of flavour.

Region: Vino de la tierra de Castilla y León

Grape variety: Tempranillo


Made from the Tempranillo grape, de-stemmed and crushed in the vineyard to protect the quality and the freshness of the fruit. Maceration for up to 7 days and fermentation at 25ºC in stainless steel fermentation tanks.

Tasting notes:

Arco Iris is a young unoaked red that is fresh, fruity and full of flavour. Its red/violet colour leads to aromas of local red berry fruits, such as cherry, typical of the grape varietal. On the palate it is medium bodied, soft, rounded and well balanced.

Consume: 1 -3 years following the harvest

Food Pairing: This wines structure and fruit forward characteristic make this a great wine with a wide range of everyday dishes such as all kinds of meat, cheeses, pastas, rice dishes and salads.

Serving Temperature: 15 - 18 ºC

Alcohol: 12,5%
