Maceration for 15 days. Fermentation at 28ºC. 18 months in a complex blend of American oak barrels.

Consume: Within 5 - 12 years of the harvest

Food Pairing: Roasted meats especially garlic roasted lamb and game. Roasted vegetables, mature cheeses and other deeply flavoured foods.

Serving Temperature: 15 - 17ºC
