Winemaking: Maceration for 7 days. Fermentation at 25ºC in stainless steel fermentation tanks. 4 months in oak.
Tasting notes: The hot Spanish sun fills this wine with intense ripe fruit flavours while the perfect balance of fruit and subtle oak creates a mouth-filling, seductive texture on the palate.
Consume: 2- 5 years following the harvest.
Food pairing: Roasted meats especially garlic roasted lamb and beef. Roasted vegetables, mature cheeses and other deeply flavoured foods.
